Quando Nora (Maisy Taylor) se muda para uma antiga casa vitoriana que lhe foi deixada por uma tia desconhecida, não acredita na sua sorte, mas não demora muito para as coisas se tornarem estranhas. When Nora (Maisy Taylor) moves into a old Victorian house left to her by an unknown Aunt, she can’t believe her luck but it doesn’t take long for things to turn weird. As she is masturbating one evening she starts to hear some strange noises. From the sound of teeth being brushed to kisses being stolen… she can hear each of her neighbours in HD sound. Her newfound power is a mystery but it isn’t long until she starts to take advantage of it, listening to her neighbours’ private lives and fantasising in the process. That is, until a mysterious murder upsets the building.

Edila Gaitonde nasceu na Horta, Açores, em 1921. Apaixonada pela música, foi estudar para o conservatório em Lisboa, onde conheceu o médico goês independentista Pundalik Gaitonde. Casaram no forte de Peniche em 1948, junto de presos políticos goeses, amigos de Pundalik. Edila seria a primeira portuguesa a casar com um indiano em plena ditadura. Mas este era apenas o início de uma épica história sobre uma Goa desconhecida, gravada pelas palavras e filmes super8 feitos por Edila durante estes anos.
Edila Gaitonde was the first Portuguese woman to marry a Hindu Goan during the dictatorship. Her husband, Pundalik Gaitonde, was one of the main freedom fighters for Goa’s independence. Pianist, radio announcer, filmmaker, fighter – Edila witnessed the most important changes of the 20th century. She passed away in 2021 at the age of 100, but she left stories about a forgotten Goa and Portugal. Her accounts, photographs and dozens of unreleased super 8 films are the palette to tell her life story.
