Sinopse Original Original Sinopsis

Vasco é exposto aos ideais extremistas do seu irmão, expressos através do género musical Black Metal Nacional-Socialista. Contudo, Vasco não se identifica com a natureza do movimento e oculta do irmão um aspeto essencial da sua vida, com o intuito de evitar uma rutura fraternal, ao mesmo tempo que traça o caminho da autoaceitação.

Sinopse Internacional Sinopsis

Vasco’s exposed to his brother’s extremist ideals, expressed through the National Socialist Black Metal genre. However, Vasco does not identify with the nature of the movement and hides from his brother an essential aspect of his life, in order to avoid a fraternal break, while tracing the path of self-acceptance.

Biografia do Realizador Director Biography
Carolina Neves was born on the 2nd of January, 1995 in Porto, where she currently lives. She completed the Audiovisual Communication course at Escola Artística de Soares dos Reis, specialising in Photography. During this period, she volunteered at Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa – Delegation of Gaia and covered its activities and events. In 2016, Carolina graduated from Escola Superior de Artes e Design of Matosinhos in Communication Design. Simultaneously, she worked as a photojournalist for webmagazines, covering events such as concerts and music festivals. After working as a graphic designer for the company O Estúdio, she continued her studies in 2017, enrolling in the Master’s Degree in Sound and Image from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, specialising in Cinema and Audiovisual. As a final Master’s project, she wrote, directed and edited the short film “Alvorada”.
