Miguel Marques
Nascido em Portugal em 1970, vive e trabalha no Porto desde 2003. Segundo o autor: “A biografia é a possibilidade de recriar os sentidos da existência. Nesse recriar, realizei algumas experiências cinematográficas onde sonho e realidade, ficção e documentário funcionam como vectores, linhas dramatúrgicas que fazem convergir a acção dos intervenientes e esboçam narrativas.”
Em 2005 realiza o filme Porque é que Clara se apaixona?, tendo sido distinguido com o prémio Melhor Montagem no Festival de Avanca. No ano seguinte realiza Grandes Esperanças, tendo em 2007 realizado o documentário “Mulheres Traídas” galardoado com o prémio Melhor Documentário na XV Edição do Festival Caminhos do Cinema Português.

Born in Portugal in 1970, lives and works in Porto since 2003. According to the author: “The biography is the ability to recreate the senses of existence. In recreating, I have made a few cinematic experiences where dream and reality, fiction and documentary work as vectors, dramaturgical lines that converge the action of the players and draft narratives. “
In 2005 he directs the film Porque é que Clara se apaixona?, having been distinguished with the Best Editing award at the Festival of Avanca. In the next year directs Grandes Esperanças, and in 2007 makes the documentary Mulheres Traídas awarded with the Best Documentary prize at the XV edition of the Festival Caminhos do Cinema Português.

Tiago Cravidão
Licenciado em Direito pela Universidade de Coimbra, fez a sua formação em cinema com especialização em montagem, na Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. Frequentou diversos workshops, dos quais destaca o “The hero´s journey” com Christopher Vogler, e “História e princípios da montagem cinematográfica” com Pedro Marques. Actualmente, conclui o mestrado em Estudos Cinematográficos na Universidade Lusófona, com tese na área do cinema documental.
Certified with a Law degree from the University of Coimbra, made his training in theater specializing in editing, in the Superior School of Theater and Cinema. He has attended several workshops, from which highlights “The Hero’s Journey” by Christopher Vogler, and “História e princípios da montagem cinematográfica” with Pedro Marques. Currently, concludes a Masters in Film Studies at the University Lusófona, with a thesis in the field of documentary filmmaking.

Vítor Pardal Simões
Após o Curso Superior em Design de Comunicação no IADE, em 1996,passa a actuar como Videographer desde 1998. Na viragem do milénio já era responsável criativo em locais como a Videoteca Municipal de Lisboa, o jornal Diário de Notícias ou a Lusomundo.net, até que em 2004 decidiu dedicar-se exclusivamente ao ensino de onze ferramentas gráficas, incluindo as de vídeo digital, edição não-linear e videografismo. Desenvolveu diversos workshops na UBI e na UC – para o jornal A Cabra. Através do CENJOR, formou equipas responsáveis pela colocação de conteúdos vídeo on-line em órgãos de informação como o Jornal Público, as rádios TSF e Rádio Renascença, ou a revista Proteste da DECO, antes de se estabelecer como professor no Curso Superior de Engenharia Multimédia do ISTEC – Instituto Superior de Tecnologias Avançadas, em Lisboa. Actualmente é artista digital e desenvolve ferramentas pedagógicas em laboratório videográfico com a parceria de nomes como La Fura Dels Baus, Cirque du Soleil ou Xutos & Pontapés. É ainda o mentor responsável pelo colectivo criativo de free-lancers Emotion Design.

After the Superior Course in Communication Design at IADE, in 1996, rising to act as Videographer since 1998. At the turn of the millennium was already creative responsible in places such as Videoteca Municipal de Lisboa, jornal Diário de Notícias or Lusomundo.net, until in 2004 decided to devote himself exclusively to teaching eleven graphics tools, including digital video, non-linear editing and videography. Developed several workshops on UBI and UC – for the newspaper A Cabra – and, through CENJOR formed teams responsible for putting video content online in media as the Jornal Público, radios TSF e Radio Renascença, or magazine Proteste of DECO, before settling as a professor in the Graduate Course of Multimedia Engineering of ISTEC – Instituto Superior de Tecnologias Avançadas, in Lisbon. Today is a digital artist and develops educational tools in videographic laboratory in partnership with names like La Fura Dels Baus, Cirque du Soleil or Xutos & Pontapés. He is also the mastermind responsible for the creative collective of freelancers Emotion Design.
